A. REVOCATION POLICY


I - RIGHT OF REVOCATION
You have the right to revoke your order agreement within 14 days without stipulating any reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the date that you, or a third party representative appointed by you, have completely received all purchased item(s). To exercise your right of revocation, you must clearly communicate your decision to return your order via written means (e.g. email or postal letter). You can use the attached returns form template, however use of this template is not mandatory.
To safeguard your revocation period, it is sufficient to send your notification exercising your right before the expiration of the revocation period.

II - CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION
All payments made, including shipping costs (with exception of additional costs incurred if you select an alternative shipping method to the standard service we offer), will be reimbursed in full within 14 days of the receipt of your revocation notice. We will use the same method of payment that you selected in your original transaction to reimburse you, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not be charged any reimbursement fees. We may hold back reimbursement until we have received the returned item(s), or until you have verified that you have indeed returned the item(s).
You must return the item(s) immediately and within 14 days of the date in which you have notified us of your revocation. You will bear the costs of returning the item(s) if the value of your ordered item(s) does not exceed the minimum order value specified for your respective country.
Additionally, you will also bear the cost of return, if payment is still outstanding for the ordered item(s) at the time of revocation even if the item(s) should be valued above the stipulated minimum order value for free shipping & returns of your respective country.
You will only have to bear return costs, if we ascertain that the value, functioning or characteristics of your returned item(s) have been diminished or damaged due to incorrect handling on your part.

III - GENERAL INFORMATION
Please avoid damaging and/or the contamination of your returned item(s). If possible, try to send the product back to us in its original packaging and with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to adequately protect the item(s) from potential damage during transit.
Make sure to send items back with the adequate postage coverage.
Please note that paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercising of your revocation rights.
