Our mission is to provide our customers not only a diverse range of products, but also the best service possible. A fast and easy return process, is therefore a must. If you are not satisfied with your Top Deals, you have the right to return them any time within 30 days of receiving your order.


When does the return period begin?

The return period begins once all the articles from the same order have arrived. You have 30 days after the complete delivery of all items in your order, to return any product you may need to. Please wait until you have received your full order before you return.

Note: In addition to the 30-day return period, you are entitled to a legal right of revocation for 14 days. Find further information on the Right of Revocation here.

How do I send products back to Lesara?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return any item by following these simple steps:

Fill out the return form
Pack the product & return form
Stick the return label on the package
Send the package
Get your refund
  1. You will find a returns form & a return label in your parcel. Please fill the returns form out carefully, noting the number of products you are returning, along with the reason for the return.

  2. Pack the products to be returned along with the returns form. You could use the same packaging, the order was delivered to you in.

  3. Seal the package securely and stick the return label (included in the parcel). Are you using the same packaging? Then please ensure that the original label is completely covered and the return label is clearly legible.

  4. Your package is now ready to be shipped back to Lesara. Bring it to your nearest Hermes parcel shop
  5. IMPORTANT: Please do not return via Royal Mail or other parcel delivery companies as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your parcel and prompt processing of your return.

  6. Once we have received the returned package, you get refunded. Find more information on Refunds here.

How can I exchange a product?

The product does not match your expectations? Just send it back and order another one of your choice after you have checked online for available colours, types or sizes.

What are the return costs?

Free returns for orders worth

United Kingdom
£60 and above

  • Return costs for orders worth £60 and above:

    Returns using the Hermes return label (included in the parcel), are free for an order value of £60 and above. Please wait until you have received all the items in your order before you return.

    The return period of 30 days starts only when your full order has been delivered.

  • Return costs for orders below £60:

    For order values of less than £60, returns made using the return label are at no extra cost. The return cost of £3.99 is equal to the shipping cost (already paid) and will be deducted from your reimbursement.

    Note: Reimbursed Amount = (Product Price + Shipping Cost) - Return Cost

    Reimbursed Amount = (Product Price + £3.99) - £3.99

How do I receive the refunded amount?

Refunds are made via the means of payment originally used:

  • In case of credit card payments, your credit card account will be credited with the reimbursed account.

  • In case of payments made using PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited.

    An exception applies only in the case of expired credit cards.

    In that case, just send us the bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) of an alternative account, using the Contact Form or just call us.

How long does a refund take?

Once we have received and checked your returns, you will receive a refund. The processing of your refund can take up to 13 working days, from the date of return.

In case of a credit card payment, the refund can take up to 30 days from the date you receive your email confirmation of refund. This period depends entirely on the card provider and does not usually take 30 days.

Received damaged products, what do I do?

If you happen to receive damaged products, please get in touch with us using the Contact Form. Select the relevant concern/reason from the dropdown and attach a photograph of the damage.

Please provide us your order no. as well and explain briefly what the damage/defect is. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with potential solutions.
