If you are not receiving the newsletters even after registering on Lesara, it could be one of the following reasons:
Please check the ‘Email settings’ page under ‘My account’ to see if you have ticked off the ‘General subscription’ box. If not, tick it off and you will start receiving the newsletters!
It’s possible that during registration, you have accidentally provided an email address that you do not use regularly or mistyped the address. No problem at all. Just go to ‘My data’ under ‘My account’ and check the email address entered and change it, if required. Don’t forget to click on ‘Save’ when you’re done.
